Come see Mr. Norm at the inaugural MoParty this September 18-20, 2020 at Beech Bend Raceway Park in Bowling Green, KY!
Norm Kraus, a.k.a. “Mr. Norm”, was co-owner of Grand Spaulding Dodge in Chicago from 1962 through 1977. His focus on high performance helped it become the biggest Dodge dealership in the world! In 1964 Norm formed the first Grand Spaulding Dodge racing team comprised of two cars, a Max Wedge & a Hemi Ram. Then in 1965 Norm teamed up with Gary Dyer & began match racing with an altered wheelbase supercharged Hemi Dodge Coronet that altered the course of drag racing forever by laying the groundwork for what became the Funny Car category. That same Hemi Dodge Coronet ran a 8.63 ET at Loins Dragway to become the fastest funny car in the country & made the front page of the Los Angeles Herald. These are just some of the great highlights of the automotive performance history of Mr .Norm !
