Holley MoParty™ kicks off September 13-15, 2024 at Beech Bend Raceway in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The event is centered around any vehicle that is Mopar powered, whether originally installed or installed as a modification to an existing vehicle.

What do I get if I register my car?Each registration package includes entry for the vehicle and driver and a plus one for a friend. Children sixteen and under are free. Any additional adult passengers outside of the allotted passes for each registration will be required to purchase a spectator ticket.

What is the price to enter MoParty?We have several options for you to choose from - All packages are for all three days! Grand Champion Package - $175.00 (includes driver plus one guest) Autocross Package - $150.00 (includes driver plus one guest) Drag Racing Package - $150.00 (includes driver plus one guest) Car Show Package - $95.00 (includes driver plus one guest) Swap Meet - $75.00 Per spot (includes 1 event pass) Car Corral - $75.00 per spot (includes 1 event pass) All Package prices go up $25.00 on Sept 8, 2024 - Purchase your Package Early and Save!

Is camping available at MoParty?Beech Bend Campground is located next to the grounds. Click Here for more details on the Campground. "Dry" Camping is allowed in the pits as long as you fit within your pit area. No Camping in the Car Show Area.

I registered but did not get a confirmation.Check your spam or junk folder - If you still do not see it - go back to the ticket page - click on "Help Links?" at the top - in the drop down menu you will see "Resend Confirmation"

What does the registration get me?A window decal for your MoPowered vehicle, event passes for two people (driver plus one) good for all days of the event. Drag Races, Grand Champion, Autocross - will get one Parking Pass IF they are trailering their race vehicle - to park in your paddock or pit spot. NO parking passes available for Crew members.

How do I get my credentials?All registered participants must pick up their own credentials. Bring your QR Code and your drivers license to Credential pick up during the following hours. I registered but I did not get my QR code - I received a confirmation.If you are a Drag Racers, Grand Champion or Autocross participant - you must complete a waiver BEFORE you will receive your QR Code. You must upload a selfie to complete your waiver.

What if I signed up for MoParty but cannot go?We do not issue refunds for the event. MoParty™ does have a NO- Refund Policy. NEW for 2024 - you can transfer your ticket to another individual for a $25.00 - transfers are allow until Sept 7, 2024. All transfers must be done through our ticketing system. Go back to the ticketing page - Click on Help Links? at the top of the page - Click on Transfer my Ticket.

Can I rent a golf cart?Unfortunately, no. There will not be any golf cart rental available for spectators during the event. However, support vehicles including golf carts and ATVs that support officially registered event participants (not including Car Show) will be allowed at the facility but must have the official current Holley MoParty Support Vehicle Permit decal available for $25.00. The permit decal must be clearly visible. These decals should also be applied so that they are not shared with another vehicle. Officially registered participants will be allowed to purchase one vehicle permit for the duration of the event. A pit vehicle waiver must be signed on-site and may only be signed by the registered driver. Holley holds the right to refuse the use of pit vehicles and may revoke the permit at any time without refund. Spectators and anyone who is NOT a Registered Participant will not be allowed to bring any golf carts or ATVs onto the property for any reason. Personally owned motorized wheelchairs and mobility scooters are permitted providing owners show a valid and current state-issued handicapped or disabled placard or designation. Personally owned motorized wheelchairs and mobility scooters will not require a support vehicle decal. Due to the possibility of spectator and participant injury and facility damage, all pit vehicles entering the facility are the sole responsibility of the operator/owner. Every pit vehicle entering the racing facility must be assigned to and are the responsibility of the operator/owner. The operator of the vehicle assumes full legal responsibility for any damage to property or otherwise caused by the pit vehicle regardless of if the owner is operating the vehicle or not. Pit vehicles may be operated from when gates open until two hours after the competition ends each day. Pit vehicles in operation after this period may be impounded until after the event has ended. The operator of the pit/support vehicle must be 18 or older and have a valid driver’s license. All vehicles are limited to a 5mph speed limit. Click HERE for a list of permitted pit vehicles.

Do my Crew Members need to complete a waiver?Crew Members that need access to the starting line are required to complete a waiver. Follow the link below to complete the online waiver. Completing this waiver DOES NOT grant access to the event - you must arrive with the registered driver at Check-In. You will need to provide your drivers license to claim your crew wristband. If your crew does not need to have restricted access (starting line) they are NOT required to complete a waiver - the entire venue is "the Pits" everyone has access to the pits with a spectator ticket or wristband. What is Purchase Protection?Purchase Protection is a service that gives our attendees a full refund of their event fees should unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending the event. Unfortunate things such as death, health emergencies, crime, transportation failure and more are covered under this policy. Valid, approved claims are paid from Purchase Protection NOT Holley or FM3 Marketing. Refunds are issued at the end of the month via check. Attendees who encounter an unforeseen circumstance that prevents them from attending our event can file a claim at www.PurchaseProtection.com. Attendees should review the full Terms & Conditions to see if their circumstance qualifies and be prepared to supply the appropriate documentation.

What are the dates for MoParty?Holley MoParty™ will be taking place September 13 - 15, 2024.

What is there to do at MoParty?For those who wish to participate with their vehicle, we have several packages available: Grand Champion Pack grants you access to the autocross, 3S Challenge, Dyno challenge, and the Grand Champion specific Drag Class. This class is limited to the first 125 registrants and includes gate passes for two people (driver plus one). For those who do not want to participate in the Grand Champion competition, we also have a 3-day Autocross package. This allows you to run your vehicle in the autocross, dyno challenge, and 3S Challenge. For our drag racing contingent, we have several drag racing classes from which to choose. Please follow the link to find out more about class information. A drag race package allows a racer to participate in the Dyno Challenge, Friday Test-N-Tune, and Saturday and Sunday drag racing. If you’re not into putting your pride and joy through the wringer, we also have a 3-day car show pack available. This package is great as it includes gate passes for two people, and allows you to participate in the car show, and the dyno challenge. As a spectator, you can expect to be able to enjoy watching all of these events unfold over the course of the weekend while enjoying a large vendor midway and swap meet to spec out parts for your current ride or project vehicle. We will also have a large selection of food vendors on-site to keep you going!

How do I attend as a spectator?All tickets must be purchased online. Spectators – $25 per day when purchased online here. Children 16 and under are free Click Here to get tickets. A $5 military discount will be granted with the presentation of a valid military photo I.D. Discounted military tickets must be purchased online.

Can I bring my RV?Yes, there are no hookups, but camping as allowed at the drag race pits. There is a campground at Beech Bend Park. It is first come, first serve. Visit http://www.beechbend.com/campgrounds.htm for more information. No Camping in the Car Show Area.

What does it cost for kids?Kids under the age of 16 - get in FREE of Charge - no ticket required!
